This pregnancy tea recipe is very simple, nutritious and cheap! You can very easily buy already premade pregnancy tea. The brand we are the most familiar with is Traditional Medicinals and we have used it on occasion. However, when you drink a daily cup of pregnancy tea – as you should – it can become quite costly. Moreover, many midwives believe the loose herbal tea is more effective.
You can bulk herbs and make tea for a lot less in the long run.
Pregnancy tea helps your body sustain a healthy pregnancy, and helps your body prepare for birth. It is something all midwives will require you drink, unless you are allergic to the ingredients or can’t stomach it.
